Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All pieces are handmade and made to order in the CodeKnit studio in East London. We aim to make and send out orders within 2-4 weeks of receipt.  If the order is for a custom request there may be a wait time depending on the current workload. We will confirm the estimated delivery date following the receipt of order.​

If you need your order for a specific date, please email us at contact@codeknit.io and we will do our best to help.

 

UK shipping: All UK orders are shipped Royal Mail 1st class tracked delivery, and delivery is free of charge for orders over £100.

International Shipping: Please get in touch directly if you are wanting to ship outside of the UK via the contact form or email contact@codeknit.io. We will then determine the cost and invoice you directly.

All pieces are shipped with an information card showing what word is coded into the piece and with more information about CodeKnit. A complimentary printed dust bag or tote bag comes with every scarf and pillow order.

You will receive a notification email with your tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

All CodeKnit pieces are handmade so there may be slight variances from the pictures on the website. Great care is taken to finish products to a very high standard, however if you feel there's a significant disappointment please email so we can resolve the problem.​

 

We hope you will be entirely satisfied by your CodeKnit piece, but if for any reason you are not, pieces you would like to return for an exchange or refund will be accepted within 14 days of delivery to you. Pieces returned outside of the 14 day period will only be accepted if they have been authorised by us first. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected. 

 

All bespoke or custom orders are non-refundable.

 

How to return

To return a piece, please contact us by emailing contact@codeknit.io, at which point a return address will be provided. 

 

You are responsible for the postage costs of returned or exchanged pieces. Please only send pieces via a tracked method of delivery that requires a signature on arrival, as it is considered your property until it arrives with us, and we are not liable to refund or exchange it.

 

The piece must still have all labels attached and be in the same condition it was sent to you. Once we have received the piece and checked that it is in its original condition, we will refund or exchange the piece.

 

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. We are not responsible for any charges that may occur from Paypal or your bank when receiving payments.
